Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. HM Signature is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, HM Signature is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in locating your order.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
